Michael Bakunenko
Chairman of the Board
Michael Bakunenko was the Executive Chairman of the Board at PJSC Ukrnaftoburinnya, the second largest private oil and gas E&P Company in Ukraine, from September 2015 until July 2023. From 2011 to 2015 Mr. Bakunenko was Deputy Board Chairman, Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at PJSC Ukrnafta, the largest oil company in Ukraine. Prior to this Mr. Bakunenko worked for 8 years in the investment banking industry, notably at Goldman Sachs in New York and Renaissance Capital. Mr. Bakunenko holds a Bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and a Master’s degree from Columbia University. Mr Bakunenko was first appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 8 December 2017 and as Chairman of the Board on 14 June 2022.
Ihor Kravchenko
Executive Director
Ihor Kravchenko has more than 14 years’ legal experience gained in Ukraine in the international law firm as well as large multinational metallurgical and energy corporations. He has exceptional expertise in local commercial disputes and international arbitrations as well as internal corporate restructuring. Ihor graduated from the National Taras Shevchenko University, Faculty of International Private Law in 2011, with distinction.
Mark Katsnelson
Non-Executive Director
Mark Katsnelson has more than 30 years’ senior commercial experience gained in the US and Ukraine. He has particular expertise in commercial negotiations, deal structuring, the creation and management of long-term commercial relationships, risk management and all aspects of gas marketing. Mark graduated from the Kharkiv State Polytechnic University, Faculty of Economics in 1994. Mark was Deputy Chairman of the Board at PJSC Ukrnaftoburinnya until July 2023.

Andriy Pasishnyk
Chief Executive Officer JKX Oil & Gas Limited
Andriy Pasishnyk has more than 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, including more than 10 years in senior positions at Ukrtransnafta, Ukrgazvydobuvannya and Naftogaz Ukrainy. In addition, Andriy has significant experience working in state authorities including the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, as well as a deep understanding of the oil products market.
Given his extensive experience and in addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer, Andrey has a key role liaising with government agencies and regulators and in the Group’s strategic planning.
Vitaliy Dorogan
General Director PPC
Vitaliy Dorogan has 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and significant experience in accounting, finance, treasury and commercial functions. He began his career in 2002 at PJSC Ukrnafta, where he then held various positions. At various times, he was responsible for managing the corporate rights of that company and co-ordinating joint projects in the field of oil and gas production. Since 2010, he has been working at PJSC Ukrnaftoburinnya. He currently holds the position of Chief Finance and Business Administration Director, Member of the Board. He also oversees joint projects in the field of oil and gas production. He graduated from the Kyiv Institute of International Relations with a degree in International Economic Relations. He also studied at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School under the Executive MBA program.
Dmytro Piddubnyy
Group Chief Financial Officer Chief Financial Officer, PPC
Dmytro Piddubnyy studied business economics and finance, graduating from the Poltava Technical University. Mr Piddubnyy has over 23 years’ experience in finance and economics and over 21 years in the oil and gas sector.
Mr. Piddubnyy has been with the JKX Group’s main operating subsidiary, Poltava Petroleum Company (“PPC”) since 2001 as an economist, Deputy Chief Financial Officer and then as PPC’s Chief Financial Officer since 2016. Mr Piddubnyy was appointed as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Group for a period during 2016-2017 and became Group Chief Financial Officer on 30th March 2020.
Miljenko Čimić
Chief Executive Officer Folyopart Energia KFT (Riverside Energy KFT)
An oil and gas industry expert with over 40 years of international experience. Previously held the position of Production and Development Director at UNB, led the technical division at TNK-BP, managed field development at UGV, and worked for extraction companies in Sweden, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
