JKX Oil & Gas plc announces that at its AGM held earlier today, all proposed resolutions were unanimously passed on a show of hands. Resolutions 9 and 12 had been withdrawn prior to the meeting by the Board. A breakdown of proxy votes lodged prior to the AGM is set out below.
