Alastair joined the board after retiring from his role as Executive Vice-President Gas & Power with TNK-BP.  Alastair spent eight years in Moscow with TNK-BP leading its gas and power business in Russia and Ukraine. Prior to that, he held a wide range of senior positions with BP during his 33 year career in the oil and gas industry. His expertise ranges from developing to managing major integrated projects across the world.
