Nigel Moore is a former partner at Ernst & Young, and holds non-executive positions on the boards of FTSE-listed Hochschild Mining plc and Vitec Group plc and the AIM listed Ascent Resources plc and TEG Group plc.  He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committees.
